How long will the process take?
That depends! I do solution focused therapy which attempts to reach a desired outcome in the shortest amount of time possible. You are in control of how much or how little you change, I am the facilitator of the process. You determine how often and how long you are in therapy.

Will my health insurance cover therapy?
I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Health Choice, and Medicaid for individuals under 21 years old. If your health insurance is not listed here you may file for possible Out of Network reimbursement. Payment and reimbursement is ultimately your responsibility.
